The corridor between Brickell and the Design District is evolving into a continuous path of luxury dining, the arts and new entertainment venues.

When the Brightrail project completes, connecting downtown Miami with Orlando, I'd expect the downtown district development pace to further accelerate. The new station will be close to the Perez Art Museum and the new Science Museum and park, meaning the adjacent districts will be seeing more visitors as well. Downtown, Edgewater, Midtown and the Design District should all benefit, meaning it's probably an intelligent time to build your portfolio of units.

Ou acheter une unité pour votre fils ou fille en âge d'aller à l'université. Le passage entre Brickell et Design District se transforme en une voie.

Lorsque le projet Brightrail sera terminé, reliant le centre de Miami avec Orlando, j'attend une accélération du rythme de développement du centre-ville. La nouvelle station sera à proximité du Musée d'Art Perez et le nouveau Musée des sciences et le parc, ce qui signifie que les districts adjacents verront ainsi plus de visiteurs.
